OKC Dodgers 2 vs Sugar Land Space Cowboys (Astros) 1
Marshall Kasowski as the opener pitched a 1-2-3 1st inning. But the 2nd inning was a different story. A leadoff walk and a single and his night was over. Michael Grove came in with 2 inherited runners, and allowed a one-out single for one run to score.
Grove pitched a brilliant 5.0 shutout innings, allowing 4 singles, no walks, and 10 strikeouts. In his 3rd rehab appearance, Brusdar Graterol pitched a perfect 7th inning with a strikeout. Heath Hembree followed with a scoreless 8th. Down 1-0 in the top of the 9th, after an Edwin Rios BB, Jason Martin hit his 26th HR of the season and a 2-1 lead. Daniel Zamora pitched a scoreless 9th for the save.

Lael Lockhart had a problem throwing strikes. 4 walks and a single scored two runs in the 1st inning. After walking the bases loaded in the 4th inning, Kyle Hurt replaced Lockhart. With a groundout and a wild pitch 2 more runs scored. Lockhart threw 82 pitches in 3.1 innings. 7 walks and 2 singles scored 4 runs.
Tulsa fought all the way back with a game tying HR (2) by Ismael Alcantara, only to lose it on a walk off grand slam HR in the 10th off Jordan Leasure.
Abiatal Avelino went 3-5 with a HR (4), a double (4), and single. Kenneth Betancourt and Ismael Alcantara each had a pair of hits. Betancourt had a double (2).

Robbie Peto had a productive 4.0 innings allowing only a single run. He was a little wild with 4 walks but only 1 hit. Antonio Knowles had a 2-1 lead going into the 5th, but allowed 4 runs to give the Lugnuts the lead, they would not relinquish.
José Ramos had a 2 hit night including a triple (3). Diego Cartaya hit his 12th Great Lakes HR (21st overall).

Ronan Kopp started and pitched the first 3.0 innings and allowed runs on 2 hits and 2 walks. Joel Ibarra pitched the next 3.0 innings, allowing one run on a HR. Gabe Emmett followed with a 2.0 IP allowing 3 runs.
The Quakes scored in 5 of the first 6 innings. In the 1st, Chris Alleyne hit a double (2) and scored on a Yeiner Fernandez single. In the 3rd, Dalton Rushing hit a 3-run HR (3).
In the 4th, Kyle Nevin doubled (5) and scored on a Taylor Young single.
In the 5th, Yeiner Fernandez hit a solo HR (8) and the Quakes eked out another run on a BB, single and DP.
In the 6th, a BB and single put runners on 1st and 2nd. A balk put both runners in scoring position, and they both scored on a Jake Vogel 2 run single.
With a 9-6 lead, Kelvin Bautista closed the game with his first save in the 9th.
